I know from experience that people are enthusiastic about discovering themselves in this way and that they would like to immerse themselves deeply in this path for this reason alone.
We never talk about personal topics in the open classes, but still we quickly find the awareness that we all have to go through similar topics. This creates a very attentive connection between the participants.<\/p>\n
Practicing together strengthens the sensory perception of the energetic process and the interrelation. The attention to special parts of the body gets stronger. The group helps each other because HIAO consists of practicing the exercises, as well as observing the energetic state afterwards.<\/p>\n
