A real HIAO time means taking yourself completely out of everything you think you are. From values, attachments, definitions. If you put everything aside for a moment, what will you find? Yourself, in your untouchable form, your whole being, compressed into a physical body, but in first reality an infinite ray.\u00a0
We practise HIAO exercises to tell your body: You can let go of the blockages, I am now fully here and say yes to my life. From now on I identify more and more with the whole of my being. In return, YOU (my body) can now free yourself from external conditioning.<\/p>\n

During the retreat, you will stay at a nearby Ayurveda resort \u2013 a massage is included every other day.\u00a0
In the morning, you will first come to me in the temple for the Holy Fire, meditation, and HIAO.
After breakfast together, there will be another 4 hours of seminar time. In the afternoon, you are free to swim, rest, enjoy massages, and, of course, gather your thoughts.
After dinner, we will meet again for an hour-long HIAO meditation session.
We will go on a group excursion on two days, and you will have one day free to do whatever you like (rest, shop, swim, etc.).<\/p>\n
