HIAO Healing Single Sessions

With HIAO exercises and meditations you will reach exactly this state: to perceive yourself in your great, universal form and to let go of and transform fears, conditioning and blockages.

You will become so free that you can look at your life anew without fear and consciously create it from now on.  

I am happy to accompany you in this process. Because what people really need is someone who makes them do what they are capable of.

What does a first HIAO lesson look like

Well, you sit down comfortably and upright so that I can see you clearly. After a few introductory words, I will ask you to breathe in a certain way. I will read your energy field, identify the energetic problem zones and the causes behind them.

I will then give you a comprehensive description of what your body is telling me in this very special HIAO way. You will quickly realize that I understand your pain and your path and show you what the HIAO Healing solution looks like. You will realize your longings and probably get the desire to walk this path. You will practice an exercise to understand how these exercises work.

The framework

The individual sessions take place via Zoom.

This first session, which includes a complete, energetic reading of your energy structure, your problem areas and the causes behind them, lasts about 75-90 minutes.

In the following HIAO sessions, I will go into detail about your path and show you how you can unpack all the potential you are incarnated with. I will show you how to free your body from conditioning that is not conducive to your free expression. You will learn to fully trust your inner voice.

HIAO Healing individual retreat in Kerala

You want it to be particularly intense and are at a moment in your life where you really want to change and understand something urgently?

Then come to me to India for at least 10-21 days.

During the 10-21 days you will train your body so well that you will be able to understand that only in an energetically trained body is it possible to direct emotions, direct energies, expose illusions of your own views on e.g. your own value, your own needs and life itself.

You will have found a place within yourself from which you can consciously create your own life in the future. And you will fall in love with the life that you are.

What does this time look like:

• You come to me to Kerala,
• Sit with me early in the morning by the sacred fire, which will make a significant contribution to activating your cells, realigning and cleansing them
• After breakfast, we will look deeply into your issues, see where your body is not yet able to cooperate in letting go of structures that no longer serve you.
• In the afternoon you can enjoy an Ayurvedic massage, take time to relax, and before going to bed there will be a HIAO meditation session.

A clear understanding of your inner longing of many years will let you calm down and you will be able to engage more and more with YOURSELF.

Of course, depending on the length of your stay, there are opportunities to look around a bit here in Kerala. A day by the sea, the backwaters, Ford Cochin, the elephants, etc., you can choose where you want to go.

You can also book this retreat as a couple, with your partner or a friend, sister, etc.. In this case there are units together, but also individually.
