HIAO Open Classes
I am delighted to announce that there will be several new HIAO groups from September 2025. Because the first intensive HIAO group leader training is coming to an end, and between Vienna and Munich there will be a few places where you can practice and experience together.
You will soon find out the exact locations and HIAO teachers here on the website.
I know from experience that people are enthusiastic about discovering themselves in this way and that they would like to immerse themselves deeply in this path for this reason alone.
We never talk about personal topics in the open classes, but still we quickly find the awareness that we all have to go through similar topics. This creates a very attentive connection between the participants.
Practicing together strengthens the sensory perception of the energetic process and the interrelation. The attention to special parts of the body gets stronger. The group helps each other because HIAO consists of practicing the exercises, as well as observing the energetic state afterwards.
